Hokkaido received its first snow this year!

Hokkaido saw its first snow fall for 2019 on September 18! It snowed at Mount Daisetsu in Daisetsuzan National Park situated in central Hokkaido.
Mt. Daisetsu is one of Hokkaido's first colored leaves. This year, you will see a combination of snow and autumn leaves.
