If you want to taste all the ice cream, I recommend the dish called All Ice Creams and Zarame Castella (アイス全部のせ×ざらめカステラ). There are four kinds of ice cream, monaka (thin wafers), red beans, cream, castella and gyuhi (similar to a Turkish delight). You can create various combinations if you get this set. The castella works well with green tea ice cream too! Each of these ice creams are extremely popular in Japan and serving them together with traditional Japanese sweets creates a beautiful plate of comfort sweets. If you think the entire set is too much then you can just order individual ice creams with a combination as shown below. You can choose your favorite ice cream or your favorite side :)
PINO × marmalade PARM × caramel almond MOW × berry sauce Mitsu to yuki × rennyu fruits (Honey & Snow × Fruits in condensed milk)
Each of the above is 800 yen (tax excluded) and the set which comes with four ice creams is 1,200 yen (tax excluded). Each plate comes with arare (roasted pieces of mochi) and kizami shio kombu (shredded salted kelp). This limited-time cafe will be open on the 6th floor of Parco in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Even if you don't get a chance to visit this cafe, how about purchasing these at a supermarket or convenience store and creating your own unique plate!
