If you walk up from Kitano-cho Plaza to the top of the hill, you will see Uroko House & Uroko Museum with a distinctive wall that looks like being covered with fish scales. It was designated as a registered tangible cultural property of Japan. A great view of Kobe city can be seen from the houses stand on this hill.
