Lake Towada

The fall foliage here is spectacular and it has been designated as a Special Place of Scenic Beauty. Pleasure boats' boarding point is located near the bus terminal. It offers a spectacular view of leaves from the lake. There is a great pathway from Katsuragahama, the western edge of the lake, to Gozengahama, where the Otome-no-zo (Statue of Maidens) is located.
