"Stone pillars" is made of limestones and stalagmites which are accumulated over long period of time. You can also see many art works, which took 3 hundreds million years to take the present form, including "Helictite", which is a strange curved limestone.
"Adventure course" takes you 200 m underground deep inside the limestone cave, with a helmet-attached light and boots! In fact, you will go down 200 m underground, while walking in the water and going up and down the steep stairs. It is quite an adventure. You will see 20,000 bats and limestones shaped in many different things. It will be a special experience for sure.
"Center Shinrin" is a place where you can buy specialties of Kyusendo, including "Kyusendo spiritual" which is an unique shochu, matured in the cool cave. There is also a multi-purpose plaza, "Mori no Kobo", where you can have meals made of local ingredients at restaurant and purchase popular bread.
